Recently I came across an article that stated that the youths are not working,the article enumerated the ages when our fore fathers fought the war and won the battle for Nigeria,they were all at a young age and yet took up the mantle of leadership.It posed a lot of question for the youths and me in particular.
Today Kelechi Okere an IMO indigene rises up to take the challenge and mandate ,he was once a president,Young Catholic Students in his local church in umuahia ,And as well Young Catholic Students President Owerri Province,he was also an SUG DIR of finance Imo State University,His leadership was affirmed by all as peaceful and fair,he was truly born to lead as he governed the affairs of IMSU very well.
Now he aims to go higher,yesterday night Kelechi posted on his Facebook page of his desire to run for the gubernatorial elections come 2019.His decision was met with much applause and happiness judging by the comments on his posts.
Let us rise up and support him,especially the youths as we are the change we talk about.
